Refunds and Returns
We will reasonably work with you regarding refunds and returns of merchandise within 30 days of purchase. We will not, however, accept a return on merchandise that was previously washed, worn, damaged after purchase, missing original tags, or for buyer's remorse. You Must get authorization prior to returning an item.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when sending merchandise back to us unless there was an obvious defect in craftsmanship in which case we will work with you to replace the item or refund the item.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct size for themselves. These are print on demand and can not be returned for incorrect size selections.
Because of the speed orders are processed, we do not allow cancellations of orders once they have been printed.
Orders may be cancelled prior to being printed.
We make every effort possible to ensure your items will be produced at their best quality. We offer a money-back guarantee on products that do not meet our quality standard.
We will offer a refund or free replacement if one or more of the following occurs:
--Incorrect Size or Style: If the garment printed on does not match that of our order page
--Printing Error: If the finished product is misaligned by more than one inch off center from the provided measurements
--Missing or Damaged Garments: If your item was not delivered in a timely manner consistent with our shipping times, or the garment was ripped, torn or damaged
--Incorrect Printing: The finished product artwork differs from the design chosen
